LandVest | Christie's International Real Estate New Offices

Since announcing the firms recent expansion into the southern seacoasts of Maine and New Hampshire, we have established two new offices in York Harbor, ME and Portsmouth, NH. These seacoast locations are popular vacation and year-round destinations for visitors up and down the East Coast, including New York and Boston, making the move a natural extension for LandVest | Christies.

Founded in 1968, LandVest, an exclusive Christies International Real Estate affiliate, is New Englands leading provider of real estate marketing, sales, and consulting services, with offices in 17 key markets. The firm specializes in offering discerning buyers, sellers, and fiduciaries the information and services needed to achieve exceptional results. Through these new locations, we look forward to bringing our bespoke service, best-in-class marketing, and worldwide network to buyers and sellers in the region.

YORK HARBOR, ME

457 York Street #3, York Harbor, Maine

Nestled in the heart of York Harbor, our charming coastal office sits
atop the entrances to York's "Harbor Beach" and the Stage Neck Inn.

The town of York is the second-oldest city in the state. It is a distinguished former Gilded Age summer colony known for its wealth of Shingle Style, Mission Revival, and Colonial Revival architecture. Families are drawn to its Maine shore from the hustle and bustle of Boston, New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Baltimore, and it joins Bar Harbor and Newport as fashionable East Coast summer destinations.

In the early 1900s, chauffeur-driven limousines deposited area estate owners in evening gowns and tuxedos for dinner at one of the local resorts. Post-prandial entertainment included chamber music by a Boston Symphony ensemble or dancing and parties in the resorts ballroom. The Cliff Walk, an ancient shoreline path lined with beach roses, winds along Eastern Point ledges above the surf. Popular seaside activities include sailing, fishing, tennis, golf, and a day at one of five area beaches.

PORTSMOUTH, NH

56 State Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Surrounded by Prescott Park and Strawbery Banke, our office is accessible
to passersby and visitors exploring beautiful and historic Portsmouth.

The oldest settlement in New Hampshire, Portsmouth recently ranked among the top places to live in the state thanks to its high standard of living, rich history, and excellent value. Situated on the Piscataqua River, the city (the only one in Rockingham County, NH) dates to 1623, and is celebrating its 400th anniversary this year.

With over a decade of luxury real estate experience, brokers Jane Chase and Jim Nadeau have a proven track record of success and have led our expansion into coastal southern Maine and seacoast New Hampshire.
