Chip Stella Joins LandVest as Director of Brokerage Development

About Chip Stella

Chip joins us from Coldwell Banker, where he served as Managing Broker for the Weston-Wellesley offices for the last three years and the Bedford, NH office for the three years prior. Hes been in the real estate business in New England since 2009. Chip has sold or managed over 5,000 transactions for more than $5 Billion in transactional volume. 

Nationally recognized as a Managing Broker, Chip leverages his extensive experience and industry connections to recruit, train, and coach top talent. He builds, cultivates, and empowers high performing agents and teams to achieve sustained sales results through changing business environments. His philosophy is to take a strong service approach to his management style by providing helpful insights to assist agents grow through education, coaching, and support.
