MEET JANE

In 2010, Jane transitioned to a career in real estate after two decades in software engineering development and systems management at Liberty Mutual Insurance Groups IT headquarters in Portsmouth, NH. In the last 10+ years, she has demonstrated tremendous success in marketing and selling multi-million-dollar residential properties on the coasts of Maine and New Hampshire. In her real estate career, Jane is a trail-blazer in bringing a myriad of remarkable property listings to life; she excels at all aspects of marketing, providing direction for professional photography and videography of the exceptional properties she represents. Jane is a Broker designee in Maine & New Hampshire and member of the National Association of Realtors for over a decade.

Jane is a 30-year resident of the seacoast communities and graduate of the University of Maine. She served on the Board of Directors for Seacoast NH Habitat for Humanity and continues to sponsor that organization. Jane is an active member of the Strawberry Banke Community Gardens and proficient home gardener. She is an avid fitness enthusiast, runner, sailor, and art collector.

MEET JIM

With over 25 years of regional, national, and international real estate industry experience, Jim offers a broad range of consultative services beyond those of a traditional agent, including highest & best use analysis, waterfront and municipal permitting, and estate / land planning. Since 2007, he has focused on residential brokerage along the coasts of Maine and New Hampshire. He has successfully sold tens of millions of dollars of residential property, at all price points): Jim's Sold Activity. Jim is a Broker designee in Maine & NH and member of the National Association of Realtors since 2007.

Jim has lived in Southern Maine and seacoast New Hampshire for over 35 years and is a graduate of Boston College. Early in his real estate career, he lived and worked offshore in the Cayman Islands. There, he helped discerning clients from around the globe establish offshore residency and set record breaking sales during his tenure as an estate agent in Grand Cayman, BWI.

Jim has served on many seacoast area boards and volunteer groups and donates a portion of every transactions proceeds to local, non-profit organizations. Jim loves to travel, take walks on the beach, and while his "golf-game is real estate, when he is not doing that, you can find him on his vintage Boston Whaler or reading a great book.
