LandVest recently completed an arrangement with long-time Pacific Northwest forestry consultant and timberland valuation expert Steve Prochnau to acquire the Prochnau Forestry Consultants' timberland management services business. This will allow Steve to downsize his business as he continues with his successful appraisal work.
For LandVest, this serves as the platform to assist landowners of all sizes with timberland management and forestry consulting services, in addition to our new strategic alliance to support Steves appraisal work with our field services and GIS support services.
With this transition, we are pleased to welcome Andy Holmes to LandVest as our District Forester, Western Region.Andy comes to us with almost 40 years of industry experience, including the last 10 years with Prochnau Forestry Consultants where he delighted his clients with practical solutions and economical and value-added services.
