Leslye Fligor Joins LandVest

Why LandVest?

Affiliating with LandVest, the pinnacle luxury brokerage firm in New England, purposely expands upon my connection to many things I find meaningful. I love architecture, bespoke marketing, interior design, and developing relationships with people. Advancing a career  that combines all four and comes so naturally is truly a pleasure.

Over the past 25 years, Ive personally bought and sold nine homes in the region. I recognize value based on architecture, quality of build, setting, and locale. Clients trust me to advise them due to my successes in sales and acquisitions. I am pleased to  have developed extensive professional resources in the area from notable architects and builders to landscape designers ensuring my clients visions are realized.

The MetroWest area has been home most of my life and Ive resided in Weston for the last 25 years. My three children attended the Weston School system and participated in many special and enriching offerings here.  Im passionate about expanding the diversity of our community and maintaining the small-town intimacy of Weston.  Much of my personal time is centered in community engagement - including the Weston Community League (WCL), Weston Community Childrens Association (WCCA), Council on Aging (COA), Country Garden Club, Babson Women in Business, Town Advisory Board, and the Editorial Board of Wellesley Weston Magazine.

My business degree from Babson College in Wellesley has served me well.  In my first 15 years in the workforce, I grew to become recognized as a top-performer in tech sales, negotiating large-system acquisitions in the insurance industry. From there, I transitioned seamlessly to real estate. Deal-making is complex requiring opportunity awareness, sales data interpretation, and operating skillfully and deliberately.  Im proud of my professional and personal accomplishments to date and, more so, the truly meaningful relationships I develop with my clients and colleagues.

 Shall we work together?
