LandVest is pleased to announce that David Speirs has assumed the role of Vice President, Land Transactions and Resource Consulting.
In his new role, Speirs will lead LandVests institutional forestland transaction practice, which is the largest in the United States. Additionally, Dave will coordinate specialty consulting related to land valuation, disposition planning, carbon development, and ESG investment strategies for our private, industrial, and institutional clients.
Since 2014, when Dave first took over the transaction portfolio for Northeastern and Lake States regions, I have come to rely on him extensively, noted LandVest President Joe Taggart. His leadership and collaboration across all divisions of LandVest has helped to elevate our brand nationally and delivered consistent value to our clients.
Speirs will lead a best-of-class group of marketing teams in the Western, Lake States, Northeast, and South, covering all forestland investment regions in the United States.
