At the end of the third quarter, the inventory of high-end listings, active and pending, increased 6% to a record 450 listings compared to a record 423 last year.

We’ve long talked about a bimodal economy, the haves and the have-nots. Presently that wealth and income gap is widening faster than ever, and it is unsustainable.

At the end of the second quarter, the high-end inventory of listings, active and pending, was up by 21% to a record318 listings compared to 263 last year and the previous record of 271 listings in 2016.
