LandVest Continues to Expand Consulting Services

LandVest is pleased to announce the continued expansion of its Real Estate Consulting Group with the addition of experienced real estate appraiser and advisor, Chris Bowler, MAI, SRA, CRE.

Mr. Bowler makes the move to LandVest after nearly 30 years as the Senior Associate at Avery Associates in Acton. During his time at Avery Associates, Mr. Bowler was responsible for complex valuations involving all commercial and industrial property types, multi-family valuations, tax appeals, proposed developments, eminent domain takings, and conservation restrictions. He has provided expert testimony for numerous cases at the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board and Massachusetts Land Court.

Mr. Bowler is recognized as a leader in his field including service as President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2008, and over 5 years serving on its Board of Directors.
