LandVest Expands Regional Presence in Concord, MA

LandVest has opened a new office in Concord at 24 Main Street to accommodate our growing team. For over 50 years, weve been helping regional residents in the purchase and sale, valuation, and planning of their properties. With this new office, the Concord team will be more visible and readily available, will offer a destination spot for all real estate needs, and give listings greater exposure in the town center.

Abby White, Regional Director and Sales Advisor, shares, Our new storefront space allows us to be even more available and present for our clients and new business. We will continue to offer our intelligent and resourceful services required for the demanding Boston area market. And now, we can prominently display our exceptional properties for sale and welcome and meet clients more comfortably. I am very excited for people to come by to tap into the LandVest knowledge base for conservation options, land valuation, and optimizing results of buying or selling property.
On September 14th, we opened our doors to showcase this new space to the community.

It is great to showcase what sets LandVest apart, says Slater W. Anderson, Managing Director of Real Estate. Our team has worked on Concords most monumental sales and has helped owners from starter homes to grand estates realize greater value for their properties. Our real estate consulting team has assisted with complex properties and provided conservation advisory services that preserve green space for future generations. We are proud of our accomplishments and are eager to assist homeowners and home buyers with our unique brand of exceptional service.

Our Concord History

LandVest has a long history in Concord and the regional suburban market. From our beginnings over 50 years ago, a presence in the community has been maintained.

I consider myself fortunate to have been able to assist three generations of Concord residents in realizing their real estate aspirations. There is no greater honor in this business than when a client recommends us to their friends and family,. said LandVest Founder and former Board Chair, G. Wade Staniar.

Wade Staniar, Russell Robb, and Mary Staniar celebrate the opening. Wade and fellow co-founder Mike Whitney have had a decades long friendship and working relationship with Russell.

I am so proud of the work we do here at LandVest, but more than that, I have such gratitude for the countless, life-long friendships I have made along the way.

In 2020, a 35-year relationship with one local family saw the sale of their property to Mass Audubon Society. LandVest facilitated the initial sale in 1975 of the 130-acre Brewster Woods for $1,000,000 and continued to advise and plan with the family for the following decades. When they were ready to sell, it was once again LandVest they turned to.

Staniar, White, and the LandVest team have worked with over 70 of Concords largest landowners, assisted with the conservation of hundreds of acres in the Concord area alone, and worked on dozens of transactions on Nashawtuc Hill, Monument Street, and the Great Meadows area.
