Zagatas experiences and expertise as appraisers enables LandVest to offer clients an expanded range of consulting services, especially in commercial and industrial properties
We are pleased to expand the capabilities of our consulting division with the addition of highly-regarded industry talent. Emmet and Bill allow LandVest to better support our clients non-residential appraisal and consulting needs, said Slater Anderson, Vice President and Managing Director of Real Estate.
Emmet Logue joins LandVest as a Senior Appraiser and Advisor and brings over 50 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, special purpose, and vacant land assignments. His standing as a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of The Counselors of Real Estate put him in an exclusive group with top appraisers and consultants nationally. He has appeared as an expert witness in Superior Court as well as Massachusetts District and Probate Courts, the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board, Federal Bankruptcy Court and Massachusetts Land Court.
Bill Zagata joins LandVest as a Senior Analyst with over 15 years of experience. In partnership with Emmet, Bill has served clients including law firms, lenders, developers and public agencies in the valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties and vacant land throughout Massachusetts.
LandVest also welcomes consultant and salesperson, William Liam Jerome IV. Liam comes to LandVest from the Wall Street Journal Real Estate Advertising group bringing industry knowledge and a passion for real estate.
