To consistently be the leader in luxury real estate is not as easy as Lanse Robb and Sophie Soman may make it look. Guiding focused buyers and sellers through COVID has been a challenge.
Its a 24/7 job. You have to know your market inside and out, know what is trading and what is not, know who is ready to sell, and who is looking to buy. Take your eye off the ball and youll miss it. Lanse and Sophie are always on it. We are so pleased to see their hard work recognized; Lanse was just named by Boston Magazine as a Top Producer.
To meet their threshold, an individual agent needed to surpass $20 million in sales volume in 2019 and a team needed to surpass $30 million. One of Lanses highlights that helped him meet that threshold was one of Manchesters highest sales in over a decade. The Moorings at Nortons Point was the highest public sale in 2019.
And 2020 is proving to be yet another banner year for Lanse. In June, he and Sophie closed on sales that included 10 Smiths Point and Plum Islands highest waterfront sale year-to-date. And in July of 2020, 12 Smiths Point sold and is the 3rd highest sale in Manchester-by-the-Sea.
