Mount Desert Story Litchfield Story Litchfield of our Northeast Harbor office represented four of the top six highest sales on Mount Desert Island (and all of Hancock county) in 2014. Ithaca was the highest sale for the town of Mount Desert for 2014.

Mid-Coast

Terry Sortwell, Joseph Sortwell and Shannon Thompson

Seaside Farm in Friendship (November 2014, for over $2.4 million) set a new record.

 

Portland
