LandVest Annual List of New Englands Top Sales in NH & VT

Every year LandVest leads the major sales throughout New England. 2014 was another banner year for our team in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Behind the numbers, each of these transactions comes with two families, each beginning new chapters of their lives. Their time in these wonderful places creates enduring memories and relationships. Lyme

Kristin Hayes Claire Kristin added to her impressive list of record sales in New Hampshire with the sale of 74 Bliss Lane in Lyme,a beautifully updated 5,000-square-foot five bedroom farmhouse on 76 acres surrounded by protected lands. The property sold for $1,695,000 the towns highest sale for the past two years.  

Walpole

John Hayes Johns sale of 138 Rice Mountain Lane, an amazing mountain-top property in Walpole, NH is the highest recorded sale in Cheshire County in the past 10 years. This unique castle-like property with over 10,000 square feet, multiple buildings, magnificent views on 355 acres, sold for $2,800,000.  

Sandwich

Robert Gregg Bob set the 2014 record for the highest sale in the town of Sandwich, NH. The property at 213 Metcalf Rd sold for $1,350,000. This 3.8 acre waterfront property featured 300 feet of frontage on Squam Lake in quiet Rattlesnake Cove with a dock and two buildings, one grandfathered close to the shore.

For the last two years, LandVest has controlled all residential sales above $2m in Chittenden and Addison counties and has sold 400% more than our closest competitor.
