LandVest Listing in Harvard, MA Changes with New England's Fall Seasons

There are many changes we look forward to as summer turns to fall; farmers markets, fall foliage, and pumpkin flavored everything! We also love seeing changes at LandVest listing, The Ark, which has made and is making quite a few enhancements.

	Driveway re-paving The base has been torn out and the driveway has been installed. A chip seal coat will be added in the spring.   New roof installation - There is a new roof being installed on the older portion of the main residence.   Additional lighting Additional lighting has been installed to illuminate the driveway.   New footing - A sand and fiber mixture has been laid in the outdoor ring.   Completion of the indoor riding ring The indoor riding ring is complete, with new storage areas, and moisture build up prevention.   Environmentally friendly pond management As part of an ongoing effort, a professional team comes regularly and gets rid of any invasive growth in the pond.
