September 22nd brings the first official day of fall and a perfect time to look back at the wonderful summer that was had at Wolcott Woods. With over 50% of the homes sold, the property is well on its way to completion.

The party was well attended with live music, chilled drinks, and wood-fired pizza and salad on the hottest day of the year. The group enjoyed getting to know one another and the event went well into the night.
As the new season shifts to cooler weather, the propertys grounds are lush with color. Six new residents will join the community with many additional homes underway.Looking back, its exciting to see how far Wolcott Woods has progressed over the last year, and just think of how different the property will look at this time next year.
