In the News: LandVest Closed Top Sales in Boston Suburbs

The Boston.com site, RealEstate, recently covered the sales of multiple-million dollar homes throughout Greater Boston. Dick Church and Slater Anderson procured the direct record setting sale of 2 Ledgewood Road in Winchester for $5,900,000; nearly $2,000,000 above the previous record.

Terry Maitland and Nicole Monahan sold 171 Edmunds Road in Wellesley. The house is a makeover of a 1930s cottage with all the charm of the period. The sale price of $3,650,000 is well above the towns median $1.1 million closing price.
