The Power of Staging: LandVest Properties that are Perfectly Presentable

Youve decided to sell your property. Youve referred to the list, Five Things to Think About Before Selling Your Property, and you feel ready. Have you thought about the positives of having a professional stage your home?

There are many different objectives in staging. For example, repositioning makes the home show better and stagers can help you re-envision rooms. Perhaps turn a storage room into a work out space. Turn a dim office into a bright sitting room. Here are three current LandVest listings, recently staged, each with a different objective:

The objective of this staging was to create a more contemporary interior to match the contemporary architecture. Several rooms including the dining room, living room, and kitchen were staged. In addition, interior painting made the spaces more cohesive.

The objective of this staging was to give a sense of livability to a completely vacant luxury town home.
