• Bostons job gains support the real estate market: Gaining back more jobs than were lost during the recession, companies like Google (who now occupy 306,000sf in Boston) are capitalizing on the access to graduates from the surrounding Universities who want to stay in the Greater Boston area
• Boston is one of the top three markets for new apartment investors, with very strong demand from young professionals in downtown live-work-play locale
