The Week Magazine selected the Jonathan Woodbridge House in Worthington, MA one of the Best Properties on the Market.

Keith Ross, a LandVest Broker who manages that region is pleased but not surprised that his listing was selected, "the property is spectacular, in a great location and is both historically and architecturally significant. The price offers an extraordinary value for a Berkshire location. While the property was home to many famous lawyers and scholars through the 1800s, its most famous resident was William Cullen Bryant. He lived in the Woodbridge House until June, 1814. William Cullen Bryant is recognized as having been the first American poet of international standing and the influential editor of the New York Evening Post during the formative years of the nation.
