Lincoln, Massachusetts, is a small town about 20 miles from Boston. It prides itself on the preservation of land and rural traditions. At the same time it has been a center for contemporary art and architecture. The deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum is one of Lincolns cultural gems. Established in 1950 at 51 Sandy Pond Road, it is the largest park of its kind in New England encompassing 35 acres. Providing a constantly changing landscape of large-scale, outdoor, modern and contemporary sculpture and site-specific installations, the Sculpture Park hosts more than 60 works, the majority of which are on loan to the Museum. Inside, the Museum features a robust slate of rotating exhibitions and innovative interpretive programming.

Patrons of deCordova can enjoy year round activities in the Sculpture Park and Museum, including snowshoe tours, yoga in the park, birding tours, curator and artist conversations, and many special talks, screenings, and events. Unique to deCordova, the Corporate Program provides area businesses the opportunity to support the institution and regional artists through membership initiatives and Art Loan options. DeCordova is also home to the only preschool embedded in a contemporary art museum in the United States. LandVest frequently lists distinctive properties in Lincoln and has sold many properties in the the neighborhoods near deCordova including the current record sale. LandVest also provides Lincoln property owners with consulting advice for conservation of land and estate planning for real estate assets.

Just down the road from deCordova, at 35 Sandy Pond Road, LandVest is listing a handsome brick residence on 3+ acres with shared ownership of an additional 11 acres of conserved woods, fields, and ponds.
