LandVests MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) appraiser, Mike Hart, recently attended the annual Economic and Real Estate Market Outlook, where different industry experts discussed the Boston housing market.

Here are the top five takeaways:

• Projected increases in disposable income supports growth in real estate spending
