Cindy describes herself as “passionate about real estate”. For over 20 years she has been involved with buying and selling, renovations, spec house building, land development, and subdivision creation. For a decade she served as a co-founder of Tucker Welch Properties, a successful local real estate business.

Cindy has been a lifelong equestrian and is a key member of LandVest’s region-wide equestrian brokerage team. She competed successfully at Madison Sq, the World’s Championship in KY, and is now an eventer riding her two thoroughbreds in New England and the Carolinas.

She loves living in the Berkshires: Where nature sets the stage and culture steals the show” and is active in the community having served on the Barrington Stage Company Gala Planning Committee, Advisory Board Naumkeag and Corporate Trustee of Trustees of Reservations, Corporator for Hancock Shaker Museum and the Berkshire Museum, Board of Directors for the Country Club of Pittsfield and Board of Governors for the Lenox Club, Member of the Old Chatham Hunt Club and former volunteer for the Hotchkiss School and Bowdoin College.
