Abby Gurall White grew up in real estate, in the vibrant community of Concord, Massachusetts. The Gurall family owns Concord Property Management(CPM), a commercial real estate group based in Concord, that has brokered Boston area real estate deals since the 1970’s. Abby lived on Beacon Hill and in Arlington before moving back out to raise her family in Lincoln and then Concord. She began selling residential real estate in 2003, launching her career as an advisor and project manager in the residential sector. She directs the Concord Center location for LandVest.

Abby is a graduate of Groton School, where she was an all-scholastic, varsity athlete and captained the soccer and basketball teams. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MAEd in School Psychology from Tufts Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, initially working as an educational consultant and behavioral coach. Abby tunes in to people’s needs and advocates for them. 

Abby brings her extensive network, service ethos and passion for the natural landscape to her real estate practice. Working diligently and compassionately through the steps of each unique transaction, Abby synthesizes her psych background, life experiences as a mother of three and competitive spirit into client-focused solutions. She was selected as a member of the exclusive Christie's International Real Estate Masters Circle in 2022. Abby had the highest sales in Concord and Lincoln in 2021 and in Concord in 2022, setting a new record in both towns. 

Abby is deeply rooted in her local community, giving time to the Concord Public School Advisory Committee, Fenn School Advisory Board, Cradles to Crayons community drives, Concord-Carlisle Community Chest Allocations Committee, Umbrella Arts Center Leadership and Music Committees, Greater Boston Food Bank, Household Goods, Open Table, and Concord-Carlisle Youth Basketball. Abby’s real estate practice reaches throughout MetroWest Boston, New Hampshire Lakes Region and Vermont Ski country. As a part of her daily routine, she explores the open spaces in Concord, hiking, mountain biking or skiing the surrounding trails and conservation land, often with her two Labs, Winston and Brewster.
