It was a pleasure working with Abby; our experience was excellent. My husband and I relocated from California middle of 2016 and were looking for a character home on a generous plot of land in a very limited geographical area. As we didn’t know the local market, we started from scratch and relied heavily on Abby’s knowledge and judgment of the homes in the area, her pragmatic guidance and her very well established local network. During dozens of home viewings and the subsequent contract negotiation, we always felt that Abby was always our advocate first and that her primary goal was more than making a sale; it felt like a mission to help us secure a right priced dream home. Over the months we worked together, we both believe that Abby would have done everything in her power to prevent us from making a poor decision. Abby’s network and the trust she had built with us made the difference in securing our home. Through her contacts, she was aware of our home coming on to the market, organized a viewing for the first day on the market and despite my husband not being able to see the home because of business travel, we made an offer that was accepted a day later. We have been in the home more than a year now, and we still haven’t seen another home on the listings like the one Abby found. We were introduced to Abby in spring of 2025 when we began looking for a new home in the Concord area.
