Zagata is a Senior Analyst with LandVest, Inc., and is a real estate appraiser and consultant specializing in the valuation of residential, commercial and industrial properties and vacant land throughout Massachusetts. He is experienced in appraisal and consulting assignments for marketability, land use feasibility, and highest and best use analyses for acquisition, disposition, city planning, assessment valuation, estate planning, eminent domain, mortgage financing and reuse purposes.

Mr. Zagata joined LandVest’s Real Estate Consulting Group in 2020. Prior to joining LandVest, Mr. Zagata worked for Integra-Boston as a Senior Analyst and spent 14 years with Hunneman Appraisal & Consulting Co. as an Appraiser.

Mr. Zagata’s clients served include law firms, lenders, and private and public agencies.
