Vinny is LandVest’s Principal Broker in New York but also works with LV’s timberland managers and brokers on large acreage properties and with the consulting group on appraisal, conservation design, land use, and estate planning projects. Prior Experience: Mr. McClelland came to LandVest in 2005 after a successful career in land use planning and development consulting in Alaska (Owner- McClelland and Associates) and the Adirondacks (Director of Planning for the Adirondacks with The LA Group). Vinny specializes in waterfront properties, historic great camps, and significant, unique, and complex tracts of land, many with forestry and conservation easement components.
