Vinny’s lifelong familiarity with the Adirondacks and his background in forestry, land use and site planning, conservation design, construction management, and all aspects of real estate negotiation and execution bring a balanced and informed approach to all of his client’s projects both on the sell and buy sides. Vinny is LandVest’s Principal Broker in New York but also works with LV’s timberland managers and brokers on large acreage properties and with the consulting group on appraisal, conservation design, land use, and estate planning projects. His unique blend of knowledge and expertise provides his clients with skilled negotiating based on a knowledgeable and defensible understanding of properties and has resulted in many successful and record-setting real estate transactions in the Adirondacks including the record sale of Brandon Preserve. Vinny's home base is located in Keene Valley, NY.
