Tina Bourgeois, CFO & COO of LandVest, oversees finance, accounting and IT system integration. Ms. Bourgeois has 30 years’ experience in accounting and operations for diverse companies in general contracting, manufacturing and service industries. A common thread throughout her career is change management, leveraging technology thru ERP and cloud based solutions to implement efficiencies while staying in compliance with GAAP and meeting business needs. Tina oversees the financial and accounting operations of all LandVest divisions through a staff of accounting professionals and a network of regional office bookkeepers. Ms. Bourgeois received her BS in Managerial Accounting from Franklin Pearce University and her MBA from Champlain College.
