Terry Boyle has worked extensively with buyers and sellers of unique and rare real estate holdings throughout the New England region and beyond, with a current concentration on the Boston, Massachusetts South Shore and South Coast/Buzzards Bay region as well as the RI Coast and Block Island markets.

Prior Experience: Prior to joining the marketing group at Landvest, Terry was a member of the Consulting Group at LandVest, where he was responsible for residential and commercial real estate appraisals, consulting on Conservation Restrictions, development feasibility studies, land use planning and design, and on the implementation of development projects. He has completed narrative appraisals for charitable gift valuation for Conservation Restrictions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining LandVest in 2002, Mr. Boyle was a licensed appraiser with Rocky Mountain Appraisals and salesman with Snake River Realty in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for four years. He has also worked as a Field Engineer with Pizzagalli Construction Company in Hanover, New Hampshire, and with the Vermont Land Trust, Stewardship Division, in Woodstock, Vermont.

Education: Terry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College in 1994. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts, and the State of Rhode Island. He is also an Associate member of the Appraisal Institute and holds (or has held in the past) Certified Residential Appraiser licenses in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Interests: Terry is an appointed member of the Town of Scituate Cultural Council, and a former board member of the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. He is also an Alumni Interviewer for Dartmouth College, and a youth hockey coach.
