Steve Gauthier is a Project Manager for LandVest Timberlands, Northern Transaction Group operating out of Portland, Maine. Steve’s primary responsibilities include field reconnaissance and valuation of timberland properties, sourcing, marketing, servicing ongoing retail and wholesale timberland disposition projects, and client/customer outreach for Maine and New Hampshire. He also works in other regions as project load demand.

Steve first joined the LandVest timberland brokerage team in 2003 and worked as a Project Administrator through 2011. After a five-year sabbatical, during which he pursued other professional and personal goals, he rejoined LandVest in 2016 as a broker and Project Manager. Prior to joining LandVest, Steve was a consulting forester with New England Forestry Consultants in central New Hampshire. He is a licensed real estate broker in Maine and New Hampshire.

Steve’s professional objective is to always treat all parties, whether client, customer, broker, attorney, administrative staff or anyone else involved in a real estate transaction, with integrity, honesty, and respect. He also strives to close every project he lists, however long it may take, and to the full satisfaction of his clients.
