Sara has been with LandVest in Stowe for more than five years, where she partners with her sister, Meg Kauffman, as a top-producing team in the Stowe residential market. She brings LandVest’s exceptional strategic insight, concierge-level service, and polished presentation to every client relationship.

Prior to joining LandVest, Sara began her career in live-action production for concert films before spending over a decade at Pixar Animation Studios in California. There, she managed feature films and television projects across both 2D and 3D animation. A graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and more than 20 years of production management experience, Sara offers a distinctive creative perspective in real estate. Today, she combines her organizational expertise and marketing acumen to help clients achieve exceptional results.

Outside of real estate, Sara serves on the board of trustees for The Current, Stowe’s contemporary art center. She embraces Vermont’s outdoor lifestyle and can often be found hiking with her dogs, skiing, or golfing.
