Sam joined LandVest in January 2021 and, in his short tenure, has been instrumental in the sale of several substantial New Hampshire properties. Sam provides exceptional personalized service and global reach to unique and often complex properties. Although well-versed throughout New Hampshire where he grew up, Sam is particularly focused on the Seacoast where, as a current resident, he brings expertise and knowledge of the area to both buyers and sellers. 

Sam is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Sociology, where he did over 100 hours of community service and coordinated fundraising for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. He has previously worked in construction and finance. Sam has also lived in Massachusetts and New Jersey, but New Hampshire is his favorite where he enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, and kayaking.
