Nick Pratt

Nick Pratt is a consultant and broker who offers advisory, project management, and brokerage services for land, unique high-end residential, and special use properties throughout New England. Nick has been with LandVest since 2006.  

Advisory services include conceptual land use planning, valuations, disposition planning, and conservation planning.

Nick Pratt is a consultant and broker who offers advisory, project management, and brokerage services for land, unique high-end residential, and special use properties throughout New England. Nick has been with LandVest since 2006.  

Advisory services include conceptual land use planning, valuations, disposition planning, and conservation planning. 

Project management services include managing engineering, wetland delineations, inspections, septic designs, environmental due diligence, conservation restriction approvals, title work, and permitting. 

Brokerage services include traditional public and private marketing, direct sales to developers, direct sales for conservation, buyer representation, and advising clients who independently manage dispositions and acquisitions. 

Nick received a B.A. from Colorado College in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Nick worked for the Trust for Public Land (TPL) in Washington, D.C. and Boston. Nick lives in Hingham, Massachusetts with his wife and two sons.
