Mike Garrepy is a native of Portsmouth, New Hampshire and still calls the Seacoast his home to this day. His professional career as a Regional Planner began over 25 years ago, working with several Seacoast New Hampshire communities on comprehensive planning, zoning, and regulatory initiatives, along with the review and facilitation of applications for residential subdivisions and commercial site plans. 

Early on in his career, Mike’s wide-ranging talents became well recognized in the Seacoast area. An Exeter-based real estate developer recruited Mike as a Project Manager for high-profile, luxury residential real estate projects in Rockingham and Strafford counties. In this position, Mike applied his municipal planning skills and passion for real estate toward land acquisition, permitting and development, and turned his extensive regulatory knowledge to rewarding brokerage opportunities. 

In 2014, he obtained his New Hampshire real estate license, allowing him to best represent investors and clients interested in land development and other real estate opportunities. An undisputed expert at the highest and best use analysis approach to all his projects, Mike delivers exceptional results and extraordinary value for his clients in brokerage, development, and tax-advantaged conservation easements. Mike’s ability to think far outside the box to achieve the most favorable results for his clients is unparalleled. 

Further, Mike’s unique understanding of the municipal process, and the relationships he has formed over the years, have enabled him to entitle and close over one hundred projects in the last two decades. In turn, this has created hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of inventory for sale in residential and commercial markets throughout the Seacoast. 

Mike’s approach to creating value for his real estate clients and land development projects is simple: anything is possible, and everything depends on the aims and objectives of the client(s). 

With two grown sons, Mike shares his life with his partner, Aimee, and her two young daughters. When Mike is not walking land for clients, he enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing or whatever keeps him moving. He and Aimee enjoy traveling the world together, as time allows, but always look forward to coming home to the Seacoast.
