Living on the West Coast of Cape Cod since 1990, and as a Realtor since 1994, Martha has developed a level of local expertise that few can match. She "loves being part of the magic that happens between people and properties" and when buyers and sellers make the decision to move into their next chapter, she welcomes the opportunity to advise and guide through the process.
Known as a true professional, Martha's seller and buyer clients as well as her fellow Realtors benefit greatly from her knowledge of the market, experience, ethics and training. Her professional designations include: CRS, ABR, GRI, SRS, and she has been C2EX endorsed by the NAR since 2019. Martha completed the Professional Standards Tribunal training at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors as well as the Ombudsman training. In addition, Martha holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan, and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College in Washington, D.C..
