I presently live in NH on our family property overlooking Squam Lake, which dates back to when my Grandfather purchased the farm in 1919. I grew up in Milton, MA and attended Milton Academy and Smith College. My early married life included 2 years in Bogota, Colombia, 3 years in Tuxedo Park, followed by 13 years in Taos, NM. I taught skiing in Taos but also decided to get my real estate license there and was active in real estate for 6 years in Taos, working with wonderful clients both local and transplants! When my 3 children were all off at either college or boarding school I decided to move back to our wonderful farm in NH in 1986. I then became a real estate Broker and have worked for several agencies throughout the many years since then. My specialty has been the Squam Lake Region, including all of the towns surrounding the lake. It has been both extremely rewarding and beneficial for me to be in this wonderful community. My daughter Meg Marsland joined forces with me 3 years ago and we have formed a fabulous working partnership which we call Wardlaw squared!! We both look forward to our upcoming adventure with LandVest.
