Joy's connection to New Hampshire's Lakes Region began long before her real estate career. She spent every summer on Lake Winnipesaukee as a child before her family eventually made Wolfeboro their year-round home. After graduating from Skidmore College, she built a successful career in sales and marketing with Kraft Foods and several smaller companies. Two decades later, the pull of family, community, and the lake brought her back to Wolfeboro—and to the profession she had always envisioned.

Joy is known for her deep knowledge of the Lakes Region, thoughtful guidance, and lasting client relationships, many of which now span multiple generations. Since joining LandVest in 2026, she has specialized in waterfront, water-access, and village properties, pairing strong negotiation skills with her commitment to helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, Joy enjoys spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee aboard her classic 26-foot Hacker-Craft, walking her German Shepherd, Mischa, and making the most of life in the community she has called home for generations with her husband, Steve.
