Joshua McDorman joins LandVest as a seasoned ecologist and project manager with nearly 20 years of industry experience in the mitigation banking and environmental compliance space. In his role as Project Manager, Mitigation Banking and Environmental Crediting, he will lead LandVest’s efforts in marketing, brokerage, and consulting of these types of assets. Prior to joining LandVest, Josh led environmental compliance efforts for Advanced Ecology LTD on dozens of wetland and species conservation projects. His substantial experience includes:

• Writing proposals, work plans and permitting documents,
• Leading investigations and analyses on prospective projects,
• Serving as lead monitor, internal auditor and site investigator on current projects,
• Managing the efforts and activities of field teams,
• Performing regulatory reviews, and
• Executing program management activities. 

Josh received a B.S. in Environmental Science and Organismic Biology from Northeast State, and a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Oklahoma University. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and flying his Piper.
