Prior to starting her real estate career, Jane spent over two decades in Information Technology with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group at their IT headquarters in Portsmouth NH. During that time, Jane built years of corporate experience in software engineering development, research & development, and IT project and systems management. Her bachelor's degree in business administration and years of IT leadership experience at a fast-paced Fortune 100 company has been invaluable to her career in real estate.  

In 2010, Jane made the rewarding transition from corporate life to real estate. As a licensed Realtor in Maine and New Hampshire, Jane joined Sotheby’s International Realty and has spent the last 10+ years consistently producing multi-million-dollar residential sales along the seacoast of Southern Maine and New Hampshire. Meeting the personal and financial goals of her clients is the most thrilling aspect of the business for Jane - above all else. In addition to years of corporate leadership and client service experience, her keen interest in architecture and presentation allows her to uniquely present distinctive properties across all markets. Jane’s current affiliation with LandVest | CHRISTIE’S International Real Estate has been instrumental in the company’s effort to bring an elite luxury real estate agency experience to the Southern Maine and Seacoast New Hampshire region. With new bricks-and-mortar offices in York Harbor, ME and Portsmouth, NH, Jane is accelerating her corporate and real estate experience and raising the bar on the exceptional service and results she is able to offer to her clients.

Community and Personality 

Jane has been a part of the Southern Maine and New Hampshire seacoast communities for over 30 years, both personally and professionally. She raised her two children in York, Maine and became engrained in the surrounding communities through their social, educational, and extracurricular activities, such as numerous school and sports fundraising groups. 

For several years, Jane served on the Board of Directors for NH Seacoast Habitat for Humanity, and she is presently a member of the Strawberry Banke Community Gardens. Jane has an inherent zest for life and values the importance of staying active and healthy. She has participated in several half marathons, including the Tri-For-A-Cure triathlon, and enjoys gardening, the arts, music (she plays a few instruments, too!), and spending time on the water with family and friends.  

It is Jane’s love and knowledge of the Southern Maine and New Hampshire seacoast communities, combined with her proven history of professional and client-based service experiences that has contributed to her continued growth and success in real estate.
