Grechen Askins is the Human Resources Business Manager for all divisions of LandVest, Inc. She is responsible for the HR support for 100+ employees, located in 12 different states and welcomes the compliance challenges this brings. Grechen has a passion for bringing the “Human” back to Human Resources. She cares for the employees’ well-being, and endeavors to give them the support they need.

Prior to joining LandVest in 2018, Grechen worked as the Human Resources Manager for Newspapers of New England, the parent company for several local newspapers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to that, she was the Director of Operations for Priority Title Services, a Concord, NH based real estate title company.

Grechen received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her MBA from Plymouth State University. Grechen received her HR Professional Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and is a member of the local SHRM chapter - Human Resources Association of Greater Concord.
