Working closely with senior appraisers, she contributes to complex valuation assignments that support client decision-making across diverse markets and asset classes.

Before joining Landvest in 2026, Felisha worked at JLL Valuation & Advisory Services in Boston, where she completed commercial appraisal assignments involving office, industrial, flex, retail, and land asset types. Before transitioning into appraisal, she built a background in business and operations that continues to inform her analytical and strategic approach to valuation work.
