Dave Killen is a broker with over 25 years of experience in sales, leasing, development, construction management, and negotiations in national and international markets. Dave enjoys operating in a team environment, and combines disciplined direct action with creative strategic thinking to deliver positive outcomes for his clients.

Dave’s past professional experiences include years as a custom builder, architectural mill shop operator, and real estate deal maker working his way through the Historic Districts of Nantucket, MA and Charleston, SC, to the Russian River area of Sonoma, CA, and to the coastline and jungles of Belize, Central America.

A background in hands-on historical restoration, transactional experience in diverse locations, and a strong working knowledge of preservation and adaptive re-use concepts have helped cultivate Dave’s informed affection for historic and unique commercial properties.

Equally active in the daily work of traditional commercial real estate transactions and investment sales, Dave’s focus includes industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and innovation economy sales and leasing, 1031 exchanges, sourcing raw land, infill, and conversion development opportunities, and brokering off market transactions.

A proven communicator and undaunted student of humanity, Dave can be found during the warmer months sailing or fishing with his son.
