As a Project Manager with the Real Estate Consulting Group of LandVest, I primarily handle appraisals for estate planning and land protection projects. I began my career learning real estate as a general contractor and transitioned to a Certified General appraiser on the West Coast. I joined LandVest in 2009 blending my love of land, the coast, and history.

My practice is helping families and their advisors make informed real estate decisions. I particularly love working with unique generational properties and conservation transactions as a broker or family advisor. Projects span wide geography, but I am drawn to waterfront properties and farms on Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and the South Coast.

I am a Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Salesperson in MA and RI. When conditions align, I can be found chasing snow and surf. I played Division 1 Soccer in college.

I serve on the board of Wildlands Trust, and The Levitate Foundation and am listed on the Appraisal Institute's registry for Appraising Historic Preservation Easements.
