This offering is an unrivaled timberland, carbon-growth, social and environmental investment opportunity on the Olympic Peninsula in Clallam County, Washington. The property is offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed bid process with bids due on October 5, 2022.

These Pacific Northwest timberlands are located in the Douglas-fir region of upper west Olympic Peninsula in one of the finest timberland-growing regions in North America. The property follows along nine spectacular miles of the North Fork of the Calawah River and is surrounded by the Olympic National Forest. The property is just to the east of Forks, Washington but most easily accessed for tour and log hauls from the north on access points intersecting Highway 101. Interested parties can access the property in about three hours from Seattle.
