Alder Creek Restoration Project

LandVest, on behalf of Domain Timber Advisors and Portland Harbor Holdings, LLC, is pleased to present the opportunity to acquire credit interests in the fully permitted and operational Alder Creek Mitigation Bank. Located in a supply-constrained, demand-supported market, the Bank is an established mitigation asset generating regulatory credits through aquatic resource restoration and enhancement. Approximately 75% of the authorized credit suite has been released, with most credits currently available for sale. The offering also includes potential for future expansion through adjacent lands, supported by strong ecological fundamentals, favorable regulatory positioning, and experienced sponsorship.
