The Charles B. Clarke House was built in 1907 and was carefully restored and updated in 2015. The 14,000 sf mansion is now converted into 3 luxury townhouses. It received the Maine Historical Preservation Honor Award in 2014. Located on the picturesque Western Promenade with views overlooking acres of preserved park land and the White Mountains beyond, Townhouse One consists of 6200± sf including a finished lower level, ideal for living space or a recreational area, complete with a bath and second laundry.
