Jane was terrific to work with. Our situation was complex, with many moving parts. Jane found ways to deal with the difficult issues, one by one. She is pleasant and personable, which made working with her pleasant. When I started out trying to sell our cottage myself, many realtors called me, hoping to get involved. I am glad Jane was recommended to me, and that I contacted her.
I want to add that if it weren’t for our neighbors on Fortunes Rocks Road, other clients of Jane’s, who on more than one occasion told me to contact her. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Sophie! She was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely congenial. She kept me updated on progress, or no progress, on the sale of my condo. I had many questions and Sophie always had a very comprehendible and wise response. As my condo had been on the market for a few months, I was ready to either lower the price or rent it out. Sophie advised me that it might be prudent to wait a bit longer and sure enough, the condo sold shortly thereafter and for the asking price. I think Sophie went above and beyond in helping me manage my transition to a much smaller unit. She made a diagram of the new apartment and worked with me to decide what furniture would fit and what I would need to donate or give away. She also referred me to an extremely helpful moving service. I would have had a very difficult time packing and arranging for a mover on my own. Even after the move, Sophie checked in with me to make sure all had gone smoothly and let me know that I could contact her anytime if I had any questions. I could not have asked to work with a more competent and friendly realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating a sale or move.
