We worked with Nicole and Hannah to buy an undeveloped lot on the North Shore - not an easy thing to find! They were referred to us because in addition to buying/selling homes, they are also experts in buying/selling land, which most brokers are not. It took us 9 months to find the land that we wanted; Nicole and Hannah were extremely patient and used each property visit to better understand what we were looking for. Unlike other brokers that we have worked with, it always felt like they were working to our agenda, not trying to sell us a property, which was extremely refreshing. We felt like they truly "got" what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at opportunities that weren't a good fit. As a team, they worked extremely well together and with us. Greta Gustafson of Land Vest is a realtor extraordinaire! I was living in another state when she sold my house. This meant that she had to manage a myriad of details before my house was put on the market as well as afterwards. She was well informed and connected with people who could provide services that I needed to sell my house. She took care of several small problems, such as reading my water meter, while assisting me with larger concerns such as negotiating with attorneys and other professionals, patiently finding answers to my questions, and making the buyers happy. She did not make any decisions without my input and selling my house really felt like a collaborative effort.
