Greta Gustafson of Land Vest is a realtor extraordinaire! I was living in another state when she sold my house. This meant that she had to manage a myriad of details before my house was put on the market as well as afterwards. She was well informed and connected with people who could provide services that I needed to sell my house. She took care of several small problems, such as reading my water meter, while assisting me with larger concerns such as negotiating with attorneys and other professionals, patiently finding answers to my questions, and making the buyers happy. She did not make any decisions without my input and selling my house really felt like a collaborative effort.

My husband Jack and I are so very pleased to have had the fortune to find a wonderful, very dedicated realtor from LandVest, Greta Gustafson. Greta’s dedication was so impressive. She created a lovely presentation of our home with the assistance of a talented photographer and a team of graphic artists who greatly improved the appearance of the interior of our very empty home. Greta’s description created an image of the long history of our historic home on the Charles River, from the early nineteen hundreds. It attracted a young couple who found just what they were looking for and the closing occurred on July 1st. Greta's hard work, friendly personality and willingness to do her very best was so impressive and comforting to us, especially at this very difficult time.

These communications were in addition to all your other research, phone calls, and texts not visible, but known to us to have moved the P&S along to this successful conclusion. Many, many thanks for such stupendous work! 2) We are also very appreciative of your personal attention, smart guidance, and timely discussion of this frustratingly complicated process. I, personally, actually enjoyed our conversations even when completely annoyed by what had most recently (or not) transpired. In 1997, we purchased an abandoned 1905 landmark building originally built for the Plymouth town water department. We spent years on this extensive adaptive reuse—rehabbing every inch, restoring its character, and transforming it into a home for Shields Design Studio and a community of talented fine artists. It was a true diamond in the rough, and one we loved deeply. Selling the Plimoth WaterWorks Building was a bittersweet milestone for us. It’s a place we restored, lived with, and cherished for decades, and entrusting it to someone else was no small thing.
