My husband Jack and I are so very pleased to have had the fortune to find a wonderful, very dedicated realtor from LandVest, Greta Gustafson. Greta’s dedication was so impressive. She created a lovely presentation of our home with the assistance of a talented photographer and a team of graphic artists who greatly improved the appearance of the interior of our very empty home. Greta’s description created an image of the long history of our historic home on the Charles River, from the early nineteen hundreds. It attracted a young couple who found just what they were looking for and the closing occurred on July 1st. Greta Gustafson of Land Vest is a realtor extraordinaire! I was living in another state when she sold my house. This meant that she had to manage a myriad of details before my house was put on the market as well as afterwards. She was well informed and connected with people who could provide services that I needed to sell my house. She took care of several small problems, such as reading my water meter, while assisting me with larger concerns such as negotiating with attorneys and other professionals, patiently finding answers to my questions, and making the buyers happy. She did not make any decisions without my input and selling my house really felt like a collaborative effort.
