The property is situated just a few minutes east of Montgomery Center and is readily accessible from the south side of Route 242 (Jay Mountain Road) and Cote Road. The property is located 35 minutes east to Newport and Interstate 91 or one hour south to Stowe/Waterbury and Interstate 89.
