Project Dionysus

On behalf of Manulife Investment Management Timberland & Agriculture Inc (MIMTA), LandVest is pleased to announce Project Dionysus, an investment-grade collection of well-stocked pine plantations located in Texas, Alabama, and Georgia. Totaling 163,204± acres, the property consists of four distinct sale units and represents some of the longest held assets by MIMTA (formerly Hancock Natural Resource Group). 

The four sale units breakdown as follows:

Crockett | 65,229± acres in east Texas (fee)

Red Hill | 35,271± acres in southern Alabama (fee)

Augusta | 28,239 ± acres in coastal Georgia (fee)

McIntosh Lease | 34,466± acres in southern Georgia (timber lease)

Project Dionysus is being offered for sale through a two-stage, sealed-bid process where bidders may bid on the portfolio, individual units, or any combination of units. Round One bids will be due in mid-August 2022.
