Totaling 27,469± acres, these commercial timberlands are a combination of pine plantations and well-stocked upland pine and hardwood forests. Valley Creek is located in a very robust, and expanding, forest products market.

Valley Creek Timberlands carry advanced age classes, heavy merchantable volumes, and a large portion of plantation and convertible acres. Approximately 20% of the property is considered premerchantable plantations with an average age of seven years. The merchantable timberlands encompass approximately 63% of the total area and average over 90 tons per acre of wood products.
